exchange them or refund them.
All products are shipped after a thorough inspection process.
If you have a problem with your product, please contact our
customer center / community - q&a board / kakao talk within
24 hours of receipt. The product must be returned within
7 days for replacement or refund.
When exchanging or refunding, you must use the designated
courier service and The round-trip courier fee
must be borne by the customer.
The product should be sent in its original packaging as you
received (with a warranty, mini box, poly bag / air cap).
Teplacement & return is not allowed if there is a sign of wear.
Unreconciled returns / product damage (due to poor packaging
conditions) may be returned.
Alainn's warranty period is three months from the date of purchase.
Products that have been damaged due to negligence of the
consumer / product whose warranty period has passed are
not responsible for compensation.
Only repairable products will be paid for repair.
When asking for the after service, be sure to enclose the bar code
and quality guarantee of the purchased product.
The repair period may vary depending on the product,
and We will guide you about that.
A/S may not be possible if it is not possible to receive the material
during the repair process or if the nature of the product material
makes it difficult to repair.
The round-trip courier fee must be borne
by the customer separately from the a/s cost.
Jewelery products can quickly become discolored due to
cosmetics, perfume, spray products or sweat or moisture.
Be careful not to touch foreign objects, please avoid storage
at a place where temperature difference is suddenly high or low.
After wearing it, You can minimize the discoloration by wiping
it free of foreign materials and storing it in a poly bag.
